Let’s Talk About Community

The Way Better Community is the heart of why we exist. Our mission isn’t to give you a prescription and send you on your way. It’s to walk alongside you as you build a healthier life. That means being there on the hard days, celebrating the milestone days, and supporting moments in between that matter just as much.

Getting healthier with other people has been shown to improve consistency and long-term success. Learning alongside others, sharing wins, and leaning on support makes progress feel more achievable and more sustainable. We want to see you reach your goals and go beyond them, and we believe the community plays a powerful role in making that possible.

Inside the Way Better Community, you’ll find practical support rooted in-real life habits, education, and steady progress. It’s a space created to support growth in a way that fits naturally into everyday life.

That’s completely up to you. Some people check in regularly, while others drop in when they’re looking for a resource or idea. The more you choose to engage, the more you’ll likely get out of it, but there’s no expectation or requirement. The community is designed to meet you where you are.

The Way Better Community includes world-class coaches and contributors across fitness, nutrition, mindset, and wellness. Alongside professional guidance, you’ll also find people at different stages of life and health, including those walking a similar path and others who are further along. Learning from shared experiences and real progress can be just as valuable as formal coaching. The community is a place to learn from others, share your own experiences, and pass along what you’ve learned.

Joining the Way Better Community is free. There is no cost to access the community, explore resources, or participate in conversations. It’s a place designed for everyone to feel welcome, no matter where you’re starting from or what your goals look like. Whether you’re just beginning or further along, the community is there to support learning, sharing, and steady progress.

Hi, I'm Lindsay! I am the founder of Pilates On Demand, a global online fitness community on YouTube, as well as a 450-Hour Certified Pilates Instructor and 500-Hour E-RYT Yoga Instructor.

My biggest joy is helping YOU move in ways that feel fresh, fun, and empowering. I draw heavily from my diverse background—which includes traveling to India to study for part of my yoga training—to create workouts that are intelligent and dynamic. Because who says fitness has to be boring?!

Our Vibe & Values

Here's the deal: you won't find anything about low-fat fads, weight-loss obsessions, or strict dieting here.

Instead, my space in Way Better Community fiercely prioritizes mental health and pure happiness right alongside building physical strength. We're all about celebrating movement, building resilience, and feeling absolutely AMAZING in your own skin.

I’m so excited to partner with Way Better Community because it brings together something I care deeply about, helping people feel stronger, more connected, and more at home in their bodies.

This isn’t just about workouts. It’s about creating real transformation in how you move, how you feel, and how you show up in your life. Getting to be part of a space that supports people on that kind of journey, alongside incredible coaches and a like-minded community, feels really special.

Beyond the Mat

When I'm not teaching, I'm an adventure enthusiast, mountain climber, travel bug, and total wine lover. Life's about balance, right?

Let's laugh, sweat, and conquer this journey together!

Meet Your Way Better Mind Coach Sean

Image C

Hey, I’m Sean. And I want to start with something simple: you don’t need to be fixed.

The work we do here isn’t about adding more to your plate or pushing harder than you already are. It’s about getting underneath the patterns that have been quietly running the show, the ones you didn’t choose, that were shaped long before you had the tools to do anything about them.

I’ve spent over four decades in personal development, worked with thousands of people across the world, and trained through the Amen Clinics, one of the most respected brain health organizations in existence.

I’ve also written books, built programs, and made just about every mistake a person can make while trying to figure out how to actually change.

What I’ve learned is this: most people aren’t stuck because they lack discipline or desire. They’re stuck because they haven’t yet met the version of themselves that makes the right choices feel natural.

The answer, I found, lives deeper than motivation. It lives in identity, in the patterns wired into us long before we had the awareness to choose them, long before we even knew our own name.

That understanding became the foundation for NESS, Neuro Encoded Self Sculpting, a proprietary framework designed to help people understand how their mind actually works, recognize the patterns shaping their behavior, and begin building a version of themselves that reflects who they truly want to be.

That’s what Way Better Mind is built for. Through the NESS framework, and the tools, community, and experiences we’ve built around it, my goal is to help you understand how your mind works, recognize what’s been shaping your behavior, and start building something more aligned with who you want to be.

You’re not starting over. You’re seeing clearly, maybe for the first time.

And from here, everything changes.

Not because you’re becoming someone new.
But because you’re uncovering who you already are.

It's about to get Way Better!

Sean
