Shared Wins

I’ve also written books, built programs, and made just about every mistake a person can make while trying to figure out how to actually change.

What I’ve learned is this: most people aren’t stuck because they lack discipline or desire. They’re stuck because they haven’t yet met the version of themselves that makes the right choices feel natural.

The answer, I found, lives deeper than motivation. It lives in identity, in the patterns wired into us long before we had the awareness to choose them, long before we even knew our own name.

That understanding became the foundation for NESS, Neuro Encoded Self Sculpting, a proprietary framework designed to help people understand how their mind actually works, recognize the patterns shaping their behavior, and begin building a version of themselves that reflects who they truly want to be.

That’s what Way Better Mind is built for. Through the NESS framework, and the tools, community, and experiences we’ve built around it, my goal is to help you understand how your mind works, recognize what’s been shaping your behavior, and start building something more aligned with who you want to be.

You’re not starting over. You’re seeing clearly, maybe for the first time.

And from here, everything changes.

Not because you’re becoming someone new.
But because you’re uncovering who you already are.

It's about to get Way Better!

Our Vibe & Values

Here's the deal: you won't find anything about low-fat fads, weight-loss obsessions, or strict dieting here.

Instead, my space in Way Better Community fiercely prioritizes mental health and pure happiness right alongside building physical strength. We're all about celebrating movement, building resilience, and feeling absolutely AMAZING in your own skin.

I’m so excited to partner with Way Better Community because it brings together something I care deeply about, helping people feel stronger, more connected, and more at home in their bodies.

This isn’t just about workouts. It’s about creating real transformation in how you move, how you feel, and how you show up in your life. Getting to be part of a space that supports people on that kind of journey, alongside incredible coaches and a like-minded community, feels really special.
